Rohit entered into the world of entrepreneurship in 2020 and rapidly grew his portfolio of companies.  His holding company, Octavia Consulting Group LLC is located in the US Virgin Islands, and has various subsidiaries in different parts of the world. His subsidiary companies operate in different fields such as family office investments, income tax preparation, eCommerce & commercial real estate.

Rohit wanted to start u5M Capital LLC as a means to help other candidates realize the dream of business ownership, similar to what he did starting out. Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Rohit used to working in the business analysis division of Capital One for five years, and another bank in India for an additional three years. Rohit moved to the US in 2013 to attend graduate school and completed his MBA from the University of Maryland in 2015.

Prasad is a serial entrepreneur with interests in healthcare and finance. He currently serves on the board of Tergus Pharma, a topical
pharmaceutical research and manufacturing company based in North Carolina.
He is also the founder of Pi Tax Prep, an accounting and tax preparation company with operations in over 80 offices across five states. 

Previously, Prasad served as a General Partner of Omnicapital—an early-stage Venture
Capital firm that invested in technology and medical companies. Prior to Omnicapital, Prasad was an investment manager of the Small and Mid-Cap Value Fund at AllianceBernstein for over ten years. Prasad has an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School and a B.S. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology at Bombay.
